What is the fastest way to find a specific product I am looking for without searching through all products?
The fastest way to find a specific product is to use the search function. Simply enter the product SKU or key words in the search box near the top right of the screen and click the "Search" button.

What is the cut-off time for NEXT DAY delivery?
Customers outside of our network delivery area may place orders up until 2:00 p.m. in their respective time zone to guarantee next day delivery. In-Network customers may order up through 5pm for next day delivery.
Special arrangements may be available for faster delivery, contact your Lonesource Account Manager.
How does Lonesource handle RETURNS of incorrect items? (I.e. damaged, defective or incorrect items ordered or shipped)
Our return policy was designed to insure you receive proper credit in a timely manner. To insure accurate credit for our customers – all products require authorization by a Lonesource Account Manager.
Returns may be made within 30 days from date of delivery and require the item’s original packaging and be in a resalable condition. Special orders (i.e. stamps, sign engraving, furniture, etc.) are subject to their own specific policies and should be discussed prior to order placement with your sales representative.
We’re happy to replace defective items up to 30-days from the date of purchase. Items past the 30-day term are subject to the specific manufacturer’s warranty.
Dated items (i.e. calendars, planners, etc.) and perishable foods (i.e. coffee, food items, etc.) are non-returnable and are sold as is.
